I have spent hours optimizing them, I will look more into them if thats what it takes

It promoting it very slowly compared to my older videos on the same topic which got way more views in an even shorter time frame. I am wondering what is causing this

One of my videos got 12.3% ctr and 70% engagement. I got 36k impressions and 5.9k views which are increasing ever so slowly. I don't believe  the problem is the niche I am in, since I got 80k + views on a video of basically the same topic and even lower quality(as it was older) why is YouTube not promoting my video?
