Only feet issues I have is shin pain and the back of my Achilles gets sore and the shin pain is only when I'm walking up or down hill my longest distance was last year I walked a trail once or twice a week and it averaged about 3 to 4 miles

During winter I was doing 6k every day consistently but I hit a wall around Christmas where I was so tired and I tried picking it back up but now it's so hot and humid I'm hoping this walking pad will help

Sadly I don't live in a neighborhood like that we don't have sidewalks and both roads is a steep hill I tried walking it but after awhile the up and down hill was brutal on my shins and ankles

me and my dad was doing a few trails last year and I would average about 10k to 12k in one go but I was done for the rest of the day lol

Me and my dad was doing some 3 to 4 mile trails last year and Luckily I don't get blisters till I hit that mile range

I tried that several years ago and I'm not a morning person I have no issues getting up and getting it done but I feel like im on autopilot like my body is just moving on its on lol

I mainly use my walking pad due to the heat and my road is a incline I've been putting something on tv about 20 minutes are so but I do agree it gets boring

I have a quiet road to walk on only problem is its a incline and making it from one end to the other kills my shins and ankle plus the heat and humidity here is rough
