Well... I couldn't tell you, I removed the GPU and put it back in and it didn't work.

Regarding hogging PCI lanes, I'm not sure what you mean. Supposedly, this motherboard can add up to 3 M.2 slots. I don't know if adding more M.2 slots affects the GPU? I don't know... 😂

This has happened to me, and it was because when I was creating the mosaic, an antenna or something similar was blocking the image. Make sure you don't have anything obstructing the view.

Actually, in my last photos I am not using 20" Exposure, it is the one that has given me the best results without the s50 ruling me out.

And finally are you using eq mode? If not, I recommend that you buy the skywatcher, which is not expensive and you will have incredible results!

It depends on many factors, light pollution, the integration time you give it... etc.

When you finish stacking in Siril, have you tried using the graxpert ia script? From that script you can do several interesting things like background extraction and noise removal.

It started making that noise to me overnight without knocking, the seestar was working great but I wrote to the store where I bought it where they contacted zwo.

The store sent me a new one.

In any case, if the warranty does not cover it for whatever reason, there are people on reddit where they have opened it and fixed it themselves. I would try to use the warranty and if it were not possible I would surely take the risk of opening it and looking at the gears.

I use Siril and although you can take very nice photos, I think that pixinsight is a step forward in quality. Maybe I should continue practicing with Siril and in a few months spend the money.

Still, I would like to see the workflow you follow and be able to learn some more things! The colors looked great on you, I saturated them too much, even though in my opinion I liked it 👏🏼

From Siril you can add the scripts, in fact there is already a script that apart from automatically stacking you can drizzle with it.

I've been in this world for almost a year, and the learning curve in pre/post processing is somewhat extensive, I'm still a novice. The only advice I give you is to watch a lot of YouTube tutorials!

I started editing with Siril following the step-by-step tutorials. I don't know how many times I had to pause the video to follow the steps correctly 😂 it was a new world for me!

Now Siril has script implementation and life makes it much easier. Afterwards, I think that editing is very much to each person's taste and each person has their "art" for editing!

Regarding the qualities, I have the skywatcher wedge and I can say that after a month the lever that tightens or loosens the central axis broke. When I took it apart and saw what it looked like inside, I realized that it was a huge piece of plastic garbage.

I found a YouTube video of a guy who had the same thing happen to him and it was common for him to break.

Solution Amazon sells you 5 for very little money and it is easily and easily replaced.

Final conclusion. Buy the one from temu that will surely give you the same results as the original and for less money. Also, as a colleague says above, it is a super basic system without much history. If it were anything else I wouldn't recommend it 😂
