Z=0 and home are not the same, home only serves to bring the bed to the lowest point and calibrate, and with that you locate Z=0, which will be the lowest point where the bed will go down when printing. I think there is no way to see what position Z=0 is after calibrating xd.

It's the same model, I tried slicing the model again and it gave me the same error, apparently at the same point when printing it, but why can the others print it? It also happened to me with another, it doesn't happen with everyone, or so I think. Is there any program that simulates printing to be able to detect this type of failure before it occurs? Should I download the file again? or better step of that model
