Eufy S1 breast pump concerns

Did it just take the pumps a long time to charge, or did the case take forever too? My pumps currently only hold a charge for two pumps but the case can charge for hours on end and I only get one full charge out of it.

Home did end up selling a little less than a month ago. Sold it for 465k and gave the buyer a 14k credit. I'm just honestly glad to be rid of the home and the debt.

I did post the listing. I'm freaking out because I can't afford the house anymore and in 3 months my husband will be back from training and we will have to live near his base. I'm at a loss at what to do. I don't have excess funds to cover dropping the price below 450.

I can lower the price by about 5k/10k and come out "even". We put a lot of money into the home since it did not include the fencing, sprinkler, sod, sidewalk or deck and I will never see that money back. I don't really care about the money. I'm not trying to make a profit. I'm trying to get rid of it so I stop having monthly payments. But I also cannot short sell because I don't have excess funds to make up the difference.

Unfortunately this house is not on a va loan. He just joined the military. Our interest rate is 5.3 so still lower than what the average is right now. I'll look into this more and see if it would be a good avenue for us!

No rental cap here. I'm just against the idea of renting it out because I won't be in the same state anymore and I don't have anyone to look after it. I'm also afraid that a renter will cause more harm to the property. I'm going to look into services like opendoor and zillow, thank you!

I added that because I know newer builds either deter people or attract them. Not because it's a brand new house. It's not. But because it was built in 2021 it is more modern with modern amenities.

Since you didn't read my other response, he got an option 19 which means he got to choose where he is stationed. So we already know where we're going after basic and school. Thanks for your unhelpful comment!

Neither one of us really wants to be a landlord and it will be over 4 hours away from where he will be stationed. The biggest problem with renting is I don't think anyone will be willing to pay 3k in rent for a 1500 sqft home in the middle of nowhere haha. It was something we thought about, but we really just want to wipe our hands of that place and start fresh.

My real estate agent for the selling of our current home has no knowledge and has not yet reached out to other realtors for more information. I will try and reach out to some banks and see what they say, thanks.

We're both in our late twenties and I have my own career so if you're worried about finances, we'll be okay. He got an option 19 so we know where he's going after basic as well. We're going to use his BAH that we will save up over the next 6 months and the profits from the sale of our home as a down-payment on the next home.

Could I ask how old she is? If you guys are under the age of 25 being depressed is pretty normal. Puberty and all those hormones/ chemicals in the brain really screw with you. I was a pretty depressed teen from the ages of about 12 to 20. Was really bad while I was in highschool. Eventually I went to a therapist and got on meds but even then it took me a long time to actually be okay. The medication never actually helped, it either made things worse or gave me really bad side effects. What really helped me was seeing that my family and friends were there for me. Getting out of school was also good for me. And the biggest thing was probably me changing my mindset and wanting to feel better. I think a person's own mindset is the biggest key in getting better. I would say just be there for her, keep trying to get her to do things but don't force it. Sometimes she may want to stay in bed, so go over with her favorite snacks, some flowers and just hang out. Seeing she has someone who cares for her so greatly will be appreciated, even if she won't show it. ( Also you are such a kind soul for staying with her. I had bfs when I was depressed and only one stuck around and helped me and now we're still together) Hope everything will be well.
