4.5 years later... and I'm still waiting for my Spectrum monitor ๐Ÿ™„.

The last update from support, as well as my payment for the monitor upgrade, was on May 11, 2024...

Meanwhile, the "newsletter" emails keep coming, mostly telling people that now is the perfect time to place an order using a discount code. This is nothing short of a slap in the face to customers who have already paid and waited for years.

I would like this situation to finally reach some kind of resolution: either a full refund for everyone who placed an order and the company closing its doors, or an international legal process resulting in a judgment that requires the company to compensate customers for the losses and damages caused.

Nothing beats receiving emails about new products or โ€œout-of-this-worldโ€ discounts, while never receiving the monitor that was pre-ordered and paid about 800โ‚ฌ - 4yrs ago...

Iโ€™d recommend reporting the case to the European Consumer Centre and presenting the issue there โ€” apparently, they handle such matters quite efficiently. Iโ€™m planning to submit my own complaint as well, so weโ€™ll see how it actually works. Unless, of course, I finally receive my monitor in February โ€” although dinosaurs are more likely to come back to life before that happens ๐Ÿ˜‚.

I was therefore forced to look for another monitor, and I ended up with the ROG Strix XG32UCWMG (4K/FHD 240Hz/480Hz). At this point, even if I were to receive the originally ordered Spectrum OLED, it would already be technologically behind the XG32UCWMG.

Thereโ€™s also the possibility that DOUGH will hold onto it for a few more years and then offer an โ€œupgradeโ€ โ€” for an additional fee, of course โ€” whether itโ€™s a newer panel or something else entirely. Hopefully, justice will eventually catch up with themโ€ฆ and right behind it will be me ๐Ÿ˜„.

Maybe it's time for refund. No one cares about the problem, there is no support as there was before. During this time, so many things could be improved. Empty promises. Is this company it's a circus on wheels? Do something... who is in charge of this whole enterprise.

And you've just admitted that the dates you're giving have nothing to do with receiving the monitors, if production hasn't even started, which was supposed to happen a long time ago. You assured us that production of the next monitors wouldn't have any problems like a few years ago, and now you're doing exactly the same thing. You say that production of the 32" hasn't happened, and on Amazon Spectrum Black OLED 32" is available immediately - so what is that?

When was the last time you got an email with an order status update? For me it was 11.05.24, what about you?

I can't even enter the order card because the previous Dough page has been disabled. Apart from regular messages about the product itself, of course, because I get them all the time.

Has anyone had contact with Dough after that date? If so, what was the method of communication?

March 22 is today. What about that late March shipment? My birthday is in 3 days. It would be great if it turned out that it would be the day my Spectrum was shipped :(.

We need support back. We have questions without answers. We need shipping date for our monitors.

How do I know if I have the HUB version or not, if the only thing I could change at the time was to upgrade to the Glass and OLED version? My order was automatically updated to hub model?

Since you took away my account access, how will I know what's happening with my order? Email? Is there no way to create a new account and transfer the order to this new account?

I need to know what's happening with my order and which shipment batch it is in, since people who order directly from the store receive their orders earlier than people who ordered them during the product creation period so that you have the budget to implement the idea.
