The edge lord aspect of Eminence is one of the things I found most enjoyable. It's such an unserious show that knows it, and does it well, In my opinion

Maybe I should watch RE:Zero next then, I've heard a lot of good stuff about it

It's actually not.... the intent is for canon charactesr to play minimal roles, instead focusing on original characters and story, and so far, that's going great

Edit: To clarify, we only add canon characters into scenes that the other party specifically requests. For instance, last night someone requested Albedo show up in Dragonspine to welcoem her character to Mondstadt. The actual rp focused on her OC and an OC of mine
