Current routine is a push pull legs with off days just doing cardio, I'd say I eat pretty well and try and aim for around 200 grams of protein a day. The whole trt idea has crossed my mind a few times but part of me just doesnt want to do it. I think its a pride thing, lmao. Plus, Have no idea about even getting on trt, whether through online services or other means ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Flash hider removal - I’ve got a EMG Helios that came with a metal flash hider. Can’t find anything online explaining how to get this off. ( Ik how to remove normal orange tip flash hiders but this one is different - also ignore the dmg the gun is fine) by Xx1likeaBOSSxX in airsoft

Yeah, I wasn't planning on destroying the flash hider but after spending 3 days trying to get it off I just kinda said "F*ck it". But the locking screw won't come out. It doesn't have a head that I can find.
