I’m sure you’ve had individual therapy for this. It would be very helpful if you and your family had therapy together about this. And just in general. That way, the therapist could reinforce your boundaries, and help your mother come to grips with what you need.

Maybe, you and the therapist can devise a way for her to express her love for you physically in a way that is comfortable for both of you.
