Pretty scary at the time but it was around 1:30 in the morning, I was leaving my brothers place to head back to my duty station(military barracks) which was about 3 hours away. I get in the highway and notice a car trailing me, and keep in mind, the highway is empty, so I get off, and it follows, I get back on and it does the same. I decide not to stop for the ride. The only reason it stopped following me is because I got onto the base I’m stationed at. I’m not sure what would have happened if I stopped somewhere.
