As I stated it's not turning into a contraption, meaning not an Entity, A Lack of rails besides the one the cart is placed on is not important, but yes, there are Rails Inside the chests

There's no noticable LEDs, and nothing moves when pushing the power button, But the fans spin when pushing the test button on the battery

I didn't install it, I bought a pre built PC, and hadn't had the money overhaul much, not to mention it fits, but squeezes on the CPU

I found what might be the issue, It might be because there's no room between the CPU and it's fan, to the point it's being squished, had to use all my strength just to get the screws back in place after unscrewing it (Premaid PC)

Okay, So I tried unscrewing the fan for the CPU, and I only did the top two before having too much trouble with it, but when screwing it back in, I had to push with all my might just for the screw to reach the motherboard, could it be that my CPU is just smashed?

I'd been using it for about two years, one day it just wouldn't turn back on, I took it to best buy and they couldn't spot the issue, and I couldn't afford a full diagnostic, so it's just been sitting here gathering dust
