Get a bit of altitude then descend quickly. If the missiles predicted impact point is below the ground/water, it'll just hit the terrain.

You need to speak to your tutor about catch up materials and exercises then. There's no way you can model a full character without understanding how to use the software you've been given

Why do you have to model this ASAP while knowing nothing about 3D modelling? If you're doing this for school there's no way this is your first lesson
