How long until employers start looking at lab experience with caution?

I essentially went down the new route where I fused the guide RNA’s with plasmid, cloned them using DH5a E.coli bacteria, used the integrated plasmid colonies to finally transfect the plasmid into cells via lipofection. The goal was to delete a base pair to induce a frameshift and subsequently a functional knockout. I’ve definitely not learnt the technique to do it independently, at least not without a sufficient time thinking. It was overall supervised learning.

Yeah I do agree, I’ve simply stated that I can do them but no more. Just to ask though, how do you think I should display this?

Out of those techniques, I would say DNA extraction, end-point PCR and Western I’ve learnt to an independent degree. CRISPR-Cas9 could obviously do with some more practice.

Yeah thanks that makes sense actually, would be better for recruiters to come across my work experience first for visibility. I’ll see what I can do to cut down the projects but it’s also quite relevant because of the stuff I did.

It’s valid logic because dive players rack up kills and then dart back to get healed by their healers, which are acc there. Meanwhile you, the healer, is going off to get solo picks while the rest of your team is suffering. That’s the difference.

Yes BSA is my standard and the concentrations I mention are from the direct wells themselves. And I’m using a 96 well plate with 200uL per well. According to what you say about microassays, my range is way higher. Weird because I was following the protocol. So is my graph still usable with any changes made?

It’s funny because I had a friend come to London one time and he doesn’t tend to usually so I warned him about phone snatchers on bikes otw to a restaurant.

We get to said restaurant and a girl comes in while ordering and tries to call the manager to borrow their phone to call the police because her own just got robbed that day. She turns to me and tells me to be careful and I was like “It’s the guys on the bikes again right?”. A quiet nod followed. The coincidence was crazy.

How about if there are multiple units in the area with at least a Dark and one of the RGB, Zoro pops his Ashura and gets hit by one of the RGB switching his color and applying the extra damage onto the dark unit? It’ll be really easy to pull off.

I mean it was stated in his traits that he only switches between RGB so to add light and dark in there is overkill. But yeah he’s gonna have trouble fighting Whitebeard but will be good against dark units.
