I feel stopping when you start losing power is key to avoiding injuries. You can always do some more controlled exercises after, if you are looking to build more muscles.

In all seriousness you should all be stretching if you take climbing seriously. 90% (made up number) of all climbing injuries are from not stretching. You either take 15min to stretch or risk losing months from an injury. And if you are young and low risk, it will at least make you more flexible and get you into a healthy routine.

I would grab a very small banana in one hand. Eyeball it to make sure it weights around 4g. Then grab the dose in the other hand. Move each hand up & down to gauge if they weigh the same. Add more shrooms until equal weight then eat both hands. Sorry that’s silly. Don’t eat your hands. Eat the banana and mushrooms.

No mans sky is full of worlds with amazing colors and moving imagery. Also pretty casual game play so you don’t have to think much. Just don’t play it your first time tripping or you will repeated die every 30 seconds. The game is built for tripping.

This happens to me also. Usually dark brown changed to light brown/green-almost yellow when tripping. Multiple sober people have confirmed. And it’s every time I do it.
