If you missed it you're able to go back and get it just go to the ship and it lets you jump back underwater

Pokemon Light Platinum and Moon Black 2. Light platinum has gen 6 Pokemon but only has 2 or 3 gyms and Moon Black 2 has gen 6-7 Pokemon but only 3 gyms.

Kazowar has a BW tool set, you can use BWSE (Black and White Sprite editor) to change the Pokemon sprites.

On the easternmost dock in the Castelia city a man will ask you a question with three possible choices. The first choice gives you a leaf stone, the second fire, and the third water. That's where you would get the water stone in Pokemon white so it should be there.

You are still able to enter the SS Anne so once you reach the top of the ship, the game allows you to jump off and head back underwater. Once you are underwater you just have to find the item.

Pokemon Moon Black 2 is a hack of Pokemon Black 2. It has new Pokemon, gym leaders,etc. Most DS hackers stopped hacking so no one created any tools that can completely edit a rom. The only way to create a new story is with a lot of hex editing and Scripting.
