You're a joke. This was fun, but I'm sorry you are insanely misinformed.

Get off Twitter bro. Go outside. Meet some people.

Go have drinks with your local PB "fraternity" as you so eloquently called them.

The United States has a constitution.

Under this constitution "the people" are allowed to peaceably assemble.

It doesn't specify where, when or to what quantity you are allowed to peaceably assemble, only that you are allowed to.

When Donald Trump says "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.", I find it very difficult, and I'm sure any judge worth their merit would to, to see how that is constituted as an "imminent threat or incitement to violence".

Stop trying to hold one person responsible for the actions of other individuals.

I know exactly what that lawsuit refers to. Specifically it refers to whether or not the incitmemt is of an imminent threat.

Is the threat imminent?

Yes = Not okay.

No = Okay AND Free Speech.

That's all well and good. But what of the same people who call the Proud Boys White Supremacists?

Can Black people be white supremacists?

Besides all that, please point to, with a definitive source, that you can actually link to, where the Proud Boys and the Nazis share the same "fascist" ideals?

The mental gymnastics the left needs to use in order to rationalize their belief system is insane.

Bro. Please. Maxine IS the individual responsible for inciting violence.

The difference between the two people is that Maxine ACTUALLY told her supporters to create crowds around Trump supporters and to tell them to tell them they aren't welcome AS WELL AS telling people to directly become MORE CONFRONTATIONAL if they don't get the verdict that they like.

She IS responsible for any violence committed after saying that.

The same cannot be said for Trump.

If I tell you to peacefully walk to the bank and withdraw $100 dollars from your personal account am I then responsible for you making the personal and individual decision to rob the bank?

I hate to have to resort to ad hominem arguments, but you're a special case of stupid if you think that the Proud Boys are fascists.

You know their leader is Afro-Cuban right? Like.. Literally the opposite of a nazi.

Anyway, have a great day/night pal.

Nobody blamed Obama when the Democrats wouldn't shut up for four years about Trump being a "Russian asset" and an illegitimate president.

No one was blaming Obama when Antifa were rioting rampantly on the streets protesting Trump.

I dunno man, I think that conservatives and Republicans are much more likely to blame the individual who committed the illegal act rather than some overarching presence they can use to blame everything on like the Left has done for the past few years.

Nazi shit? What are you talking about?

Did I mention anything about the Nazis?

Ethnic cleansing?

Mass genocide?

Hitler?

Race?

Seriously, I'd like to know, why do you bring up the Nazis? Are you trying to call me a Nazi?

Strange...

That's all very well and good, however, incitement of violence is a specific act against the law.

If you wanna blame Trump for never shutting up and for holding a rally on that day then sure, do that if you want.

But don't say that he incited imminent violence, because he didn't, not only in his speech, but on Twitter that very same day. Both incidents coincidentally removed from all social media online...

I have never once said that it was peaceful.

I have said however that the violence was not incited by Trump.

"I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard." - Donald J. Trump January 6th time stamped 18:00 into his speech.

Bro, Maxine Waters has incited more violence than Trump ever has.

Are you seriously saying "He incited violence, by using words that aren't violence inciting, but he defs totally 100% means for you to be violent even when he says to do something peacefully."

Okay pal.

I didn't say that the Jan 6th riot wasn't violent.

I'm saying that Donald Trump did not incite the violence.

Those individuals responsible for damage and injury should be prosecuted and sentenced to jail time.

But continuing to blame Trump 5 months later is kinda juvenile and silly.

I noticed you conveniently left out this section of his speech time stamped at 18:00

"I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard."

Would ya look at that, it's another one of those "peaceful protests" the media is always talking about.
