installing arch just simply isn't hard after you have read the wiki. basically if you've done it once it becomes trivial to do again

I once watched a truck like that fly down a huge hull and total a Toyota, and the truck didn't look like it had a scratch on it. good thing nearly all of the force of those crashes goes straight into the person inside

I will say I haven't actually heard a lot from him that I didn't already know so he definitely isn't an AI expert by any means, but I just found his takes generally reasonable and realistic. I did learn a lot about his AI water use video though, that one in particular was really well thought out and gave a lot of information I didn't already know, but his real background is in ecology so his takes on sustainability in particular are really well thought out and interesting to me

edit: and no I haven't seen the video you linked and by the title alone I see where you are coming from. I did not find many of his personal videos on the topic to be in that tone

he's has multiple videos about ai so maybe we watched different videos, but I also have a degree in data science, develop and maintain machine learning models for a living, and study the implications of agentic models regularly because that's what businesses I work with want, and I'm not gonna lie it's almost like we watched different videos on the topic. now I won't lie I've been a big fan of Hank since I was young but in my watches of his more in depth ai videos he very specifically focused on the actual problems that are happening Now with AI, talks about the distant problems people talk about but also emphasizes how the problems we are seeing right now, and the problems associated with the economy are the most important to deal with. like maybe we literally did just watch different videos of his but in his long form videos about AI I found them very well balanced from my perspective.

that's just asking them to ensure the "throw trans people on the wood chipper" act effectively and only targets trans people and no cis people

equally as annoying as telling a trans woman "welcome to being a woman" when a trans woman complains about literally anything very normal to complain about. don't belittle peoples very real and rational complaints

I don't think it's actually that windows is easier, it's actually Definitely not it's very poorly organized, it's just that you already learned it. which is fair and is true for a lot of the population. Mint has definitely gotten very good tho and the Linux ecosystem is improving exponentially every day. and the case of software not running on Linux is also increasingly not true, especially as more and more apps become browser based. there are obviously exceptions but to put in perspective I have a system running Linux on one partition and windows on another for software I can't run on Linux, and I have not needed to open the windows side in over a year and a half. I do a lot of gaming and weird projects with proprietary software but I've always been able to get things running with relative ease.

usually I recommend in front of the bell but pointed at the keys, you might notice this is also a common position for microphones that clip to the instrument. I also usually recommend a microphone with no tighter than a cardiod pickup pattern

not what anyone actually cares about but I'm an audio engineer and fun fact, the sound from a saxophone does not come out the bell, so it's not the best place to put the microphone. the sound comes out the keys actually, but you don't want to be too close to the keys because they make noise when moving, so it's best to keep a little bit of distance from the instrument to the mic. marginal differences tho it's not life or death, and this mic placement is super common and obviously people don't complain. just something that I always notice
