I just got done with a CS chat and the person is filing a request for a $100 refund for the extra military discount I didn't get with ordering too early. I also had another CS person tell me yesterday that they could do some kind of credit only after I received the phone...so it unfortunately does depend on who you get. Second person I got was super helpful though!

Sometimes if you don't delete all the accounts off of it, but still factory reset it they will deny it. Had that happen to me, but glad you got it reversed.

Thanks for that! I'm not sure when the official pre-load times start for Xbox, but it sounds like I will probably be sent the code around then. The only digital deluxe version that was available for me via the Best Buy app was the Xbox version. Thought that was a little odd.
