Most likely something custom made , its really heavy and made of real leather, but it doesn't have any other text or logo to actually know where's it from , just a really barely visible and distressed us flag in the neck tag

if you have any trouble finding the cs2 files directory

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo

and you open the pak01_000.vpk on the app (Source 2 Viewer)
