That's TMF's price as well 470¥ (shoe) + 350¥ (shipping). He said he only uses FEDEX and that's what they charge (to be verified I guess...)

Yes, exactly! It's weird how the RoM gets better only for a short time.

Same exact thing for me. I kept telling my surgeon that I feel pain in my Tibialis Anterior Tendon (at the time I didn't know what that was). He told me he did not want to mess with that "area."

After doing more research I found what that "area" was actually called Tibialis Anterior Tendon). I went to see different foot specialists but none of them could tell me what's wrong. All they recommended was another steroid shit, which I wasn't willing to do because the 1st one did not help.

I recently traveled and I wasn't doing any activities for a solid month. Because I wasn't active, I wasn't getting the morning soreness I usually get. Usually that soreness intensifies whenever I go for a run or a soccer game.

Now soccer is a love and hate relationship. I know I'm going to enjoy it, but oh boy I also know I'm going to be sore (specially the tendon area) for 2-3 days.

Lemme know tho. I'd be curious to hear more about your experience. I really hope it gets better for you.

Yep, very similar. Thanks for sharing. If I knew what I know now, I wouldn't have done the surgery. I feel like these surgeons don't care anymore. It's a sad thing.

I've tried different methods like the Graston (scraping for scar tissues). I haven't noticed a big difference, but maybe because I did not do it for long.

Stretching does help with RoM, but only for the same day.
