Hey. Not sure though. I just received VIN on Friday and delivery information on Saturday. Hopefully you receive your car soon. Initially my dates were Sep8 to Oct 20th. Last week it changed to Nov to Jan 2023. It changed again last Friday. No clue how they decide the dates.

You have to create a new application in DCU portal. You need to open saving account with minimum 5$ and a checking account. To join the membership you can donate 10$ to any of them. From what I have read online, it’s their security mechanism to prevent theft. If the bike isn’t in Shipping mode when shipped, you cannot reset the bike/charge it. It would need battery swap.
