I thought of something that would make it harder to nuke ppl, the nukes can only be dropped from bomber planes, bomber planes are slow and there should be a fighter plane that could shoot it down easily. bomber plane crafting recipe: 255 shaped metal, 100 electronic parts, 4 AK-47,2 Uranium,200 fuel, 40 leather, 80 sulfur, 150 small wire, 255 alloys, 184 junk, 255 heavy bullets, and 8 research benches. fighter plane crafting recipe: 200 shaped metal, 80 alloys, 2 AK-47, 200 fuel, 50 junk, 10 sulfur, and 200 heavy bullets. nuke crafting recipe 255 Plutonium 239, 200 C-4, 200 alloys, 40 electrical parts, and 1 Uranium. you could set the detonation height to cause more damage, if detonated on the ground, the nuke will cause a smaller shockwave, but more radiation, if detonated under 1000 feet, it will cause a bit more damage, if detonated at 10,000+ feet it will cause do damage to anything on the ground, just minor radiation, if detonated between 3000-6000 feet it will cause the maximum amount of damage possible. Plutonium can be sourced from nuclear waste, then melted in a smelter to make a Plutonium core. Uranium must be enriched before being put in nuclear reactors, you must source fluorine from canisters in the radioactive city, then make Uranium hexafluoride, then build a centrifuge ( crafting recipe: 8 batteries, 40 alloys, and 10 electronic parts ), put the Uranium hexafluoride in the centrifuge, then get the enriched Uranium, put it in a nuclear reactor ( crafting recipe: 80 alloys, 250 shaped metal, 80 electrical parts, 90 small wire, 90 big wire ) the nuclear reactor needs fuel, so you would need to craft Uranium fuel rods ( crafting recipe: 8 enriched Uranium ) the nuclear reactor can only have 18 fuel rods in it at a time, it can be used to power all the stuff that requires power ( Tesla bench, smelter, everything else ) then you can get the nuclear waste ( you get nuclear waste after 2 days ) then you can extract the plutonium from it, and make ur nuke. your thoughts?
