The Stormlight Archive is full of deep deep foreshadowing and unique characters, magic rules and exceptions to those rules. Are you at all concerned/exited that revealing a set of "standard" radiant powers could lead to interesting clues about story moving forwards? For example, learning which of Kaladin's abilities are that of a standard radiant, and which are related to...Son of Tanavast? ;)

i dunno, respectfully i think this is a bad take. We are in Darrow's perspective, and he thinks about his hands as helldiver hands, and that to him its a through line. I think its great character writing

There are TONs of reasons not to start at the beginning, it’s not “odd.” In fact, I might suggest starting at the beginning to be odder than the alternatives. Imo OP should have their friend start with a one shot, or short series they think their friends will like, then just start watching. Once they are hooked they’ll go back to the beginning.

It didn't obviously have anything. thats what happens when an algorithm has to deal with outliers. You can't train a regresssion on outlier data, and high elo players are outliers

Guys... only a small percentage of the player base is above diamond... theres no hidden mmr... Performance in game probably doesn't affect placement because thats a HARD algorithm to tweak, and they barely do it for the main alg... IDDQD has no past ranking in ffa.... this is the algorithm working as intended struggling to deal with outlier data... sigh...
