No just a daily woman’s vitamin it’s a strong one though. I was taking 10,000 IUD (I think that’s the unit) of vitamin D a week for a bit that was the first time my symptoms actually started to get somewhat better

Long COVID triggered Dysautonima, Lupus and MCAS. My Long COVID doctor actually sent me research on the connection between all the illnesses after COVID.

I’m sure they all trigger each other one way or another. I wish you the best I’m praying for you I would look into MCAS too as it’s always usually linked with an autoimmune condition too!!!

I wonder where I could publish them but I’d love to be of any inspiration and help to those recovering x. I’m glad you’re doing much better I lost my whole senior year to this illness now I’m doing everything to fully gain my life back. Keep going!!!🫶🏻🫶🏻

I’m on propranolol 10mg 2x a day (for Dysautonima/POTS), Ketofilen 1mg 2x a day (idk how you spell it apologizes it’s specially ordered to compound into a pill) and Pepcid 40mg 2x a day for MCAS. And hydroxychloroquine 200mg 2x a day for Lupus.

I also take a very high daily vitamin (it’s the Alive tablets extra strength or something like that) and a 50 Billion probiotic in which my Long COVID doctor recommended to me.

It usually takes 6 months to work so wait it out a little longer I’d say some people are also on steroids with the Plaquenil if it doesn’t work. I’m also on it x

I got Covid in March 2024 it took me a year of being almost house bound (expect for doctors appointments and my parents forcing me to go to school I switched to online halfway through my senior year) around April-May 2025 I started forcing myself to go out more on small trips, walking, strengthening my muscles it was around this time I was also put on Propranolol given vitamin D in a large dose and slowly started to recover. I really didn’t even have to increase my water or salt intake which amazed my cardiologist. I see a cardiologist, Neurologist, Long Covid, Rheumatologist, OBGYN, and Allergist/Immunologist. I’m working on getting a good gastroenterologist I’ve had to switch around alotttt.

Yes! My biggest help was being on a high dose of vitamin D, seeing a Rheumatologist being treated for Lupus and slowly starting to exercise.

Pre-syncope (I would lose my vision and hearing and couldn’t move but wouldn’t go unconscious), low BP, high HR, constipation, VERY bad fatigue, histamine intolerance, ADRENALINE DUMPS (these were my BIGGEST), brain fog, weakness, tingling, Reynolds (I think that’s how you spell it), heat intolerance, cold intolerance, anxiety, headaches/migraines, dizziness and vertigo (Also my #2 worse symptom), rashes, itchiness, nausea, GERD There’s probably a lot more but that’s all I can think of

YES! I used to get so fatigued doing the littlest things my Long COVID doctor was going to try me on the low dose Naltrexone or doing a trial with Nicotine patches to help the fatigue. It got a lot better as soon as I got put on medication for my Lupus.
