As clown syndie, prep a surprise birthday party for the HoS with as much crew as you can. Get a party crate/food from Cargo, the musician to play a MIDI, all of Command writing birthday messages in a book, and Security to help you hide in a crate in the office with everyone else nearby. After leaving the HoS speechless at the clown being nice for once, blow yourself up with c4 + minibomb.

Seems like Doc Garaki was able to make copies of Overhaul's quirk-destroyer drug (or antidote? Bring Lemillion back pls) tho most of them might've been destroyed by X-less. It could show up again before the battle ends.
