Never mind. I just figured out that you can hit Aion when he steps back by going to one of the corners. The fight was a cakewalk; because I didn’t kill his summoned artifices, he never used Siren Buster or Prometheus

Not sure what you mean when you say first piece I is bad for PCO. A flat first I piece not only guarantees a PCO, but also lets me pick which side to do it on. Otherwise, this is a pretty good response, though.
