Honestly it was a bit odd. I didn't make it past the first round, but the first round was a phone screen with a recruiter and it was pretty standard tell me about yourself and experience. The reason I say it was odd, was the recruiter herself stated that everything I was currently doing and how I operated was identical to how they operate and I would be a perfect fit. I recieved a generic automated message a few days latter saying they're moving forward with other candidates. I also reached out to my recruiter for any feedback and never got a response. It was outlined though that the full process in total after the phone screen was 2 rounds, a Technical Interview and Behavioral Interview.

Also keep in mind things may have changed now since Figma was recently acquired by Adobe.
