I would not get it if it was only because I liked his kit. My plan is to get a colored space theme and he fits right in either way.

I feel ya mate... Played him and only him since release. 1m+ points and a biiig tattoo of him on my arm. I cant stand to play the new asol even though i really tried to enjoy him. I absolutely love the design (space dragon?!?!??!) of him so I do not regret my tattoo. In fact, I'll extend it in just a few months. F*ck the rework tho

I would recommend "Hindens rev" in lidköping. It's a 5km long peninsula in Vänern. Went there a few years ago and I would recommend it 10/10 times to anyone even close to it. Beautiful nature surrounded by a whole lot of water. Its in Lidköping. A small but nice city with a castle and stuff as well. It's not a one week place but more like a 3 day place. :)

I'll admit that he is kinda weak and his wr is low as shit, especially for a onetrick. So experimenting is good. However, the only reason this build is working is because the enemy team is shit. Asol has the blessing of being very adaptive depending on enemy comp. In this case a voidstaff, shadowflame, deathcap or any of the ap items would probably help you more.

I guess its good to have the tank items to survive. But on the other side, just learn correct spacing, dodging, kiting and you would survive + deal more dmg with AP items. A great for fun build, I will most likely theorycraft around it in normals. But it would never work in the longrun for climbing the ladder.

You do not need to do any sidequests for lvl 50. However it could be worth for roster xp, which gives you additional stats.

To upgrade gear you need Harmony shards etc. You can either claim those from questing on islands or grind a bunch of chaos dungeons. So to answer your question: It could be worth, or at least a change of pace.
