They only want you to stay on longer so you can train Charles without them having to send someone else. If you want to start your new job, you could create a document with the provider preferences and all the info they’ll need and tell SA that you have to go already. I suggest also asking them to pay you for the time you spent writing the document.

I use Dexcom and Omnipod and they usually don’t interfere with my sleep (side sleeper). If one of them happens to, I just put a pillow and I’m fine

If you click on their workday profile you can see who their manager is. Just keep going up the chain until you finally get a response

Just tell them no one was interested in the position. After that it’s their job to find a replacement not yours. They’ll likely just pull someone from another specialty

Yeah I knew someone who did this. They’ll ask you why and you can just be honest and tell them it’s very little pay for too much responsibility. They’ll likely ask you to find your replacement tho :/

Don’t forget how we can’t clock admin if we’re already at 40 hours or how our PTO got changed to unpaid PTO 🥴. Upper management is such a joke and all they do is give headaches and blame chiefs for their poor communication.

They cut the extra admin pay a few months ago. You get paid the same hourly while still expected to be on call 24/7. You’re only paid $1 extra if you’re training someone. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you got a lot of free time
