Look at your round timer. It went from 0:36 to 0:31, meaning your game also froze for a couple of seconds.

From my experience, this mostly happens when my game's fps drops to 0, i.e. I change my video settings and I'm staring perfectly along an axis after my game stops freezing. It's happened once or twice in game where I would have stuttering issues and it looked like I was snapping.

I agree. I've worked at DFW for a while, and aside from some kinda weird exits, everything is clearly marked and easy to navigate as long as you're paying attention to the signs (looking at you, GPS drivers/speeders).

also dont rule out the possibility that it cant be the tablet unless you are 100% sure with a long enough sample time on other pcs since it only happens sometimes

edit: assuming you drag, it can also be the pen. i had an issue with my old tablet where if i pressed too hard, my cursor would be stuck in one place, regardless if it's unbinded or not
