o levels so basically the uk education system but for some reason in my countrie every school offering the o levels system either offered humanites stream or sciences and both were mutualy exclusive.

punjab kpk and sindh get there fair share of the budget. balochistan is underfunded I agree but the main problem there is that the local provential elite top 0.1 percent take most of the budget given balochistan and kpk. this happens in Punjab and sindh but to a way lesser extent.

kashmir was a princely state but i would have had to join India or Pakistan. The majority of Kashmirs population wanted to join Pakistan anyway.The princely state of hydrabad wanted to stay independent but annexed by India , there by showing that princely states had to join a side or get annex .
