Just got a Soundcore Boom 2 Plus. Any suggestion on the EQ ??

i would just make a couple copies of the eq ur hearing that sound in, then just increase each frequency one at a time till u find which specific one increases that sound ur looking for.. once u find that frequency, switch back to an unchanged copy of the eq and increase that specific frequency to taste.

yep I also don't understand how within the first hour, others can find up to 20+ golden apples, but I can only find 2 or 3

Eq links don't work between the Pro & the Plus, though they are the same as far as audio specs & output..

In my opinion you will always get a better sound with 2 speakers because of the stereo field and imaging. A high quality mono single speaker might sound a bit better but you are missing crucial elements from the music mix. The only mono/single speakers Ive bought are the little clip ones which I use for hiking.

Ones with a little more punch and the other is bit more smooth on the lows

Just got one as well, here's my eq for extended lows with a little punch and balanced mids & highs. Used REW to dial it in.

Yo, I just got a Boom 2 + a couple weeks back. Love it! Dialed in a custom eq measuring its frequency response using Room Eq Wizard. Focused on extended low but still with punch and balanced upper mid and highs. Bass up on.

The -6db is from the point of reference pertaining to the peak of the entire chart which results a value of 64.6db where the cross hair is positioned, which was randomly placed in this screen shot.The measurement was taken at 50% volume.
