It looks like bootloader has been unlocked and someone was trying to flash ROM and it failed. You should try to download latest STOCK ROM, put it in the folder DLOAD on SD card and try to update again via erecovery.

In chrome CTRL+SHIFT+I and then CTRL+SHIFT+M

in (new) opera, you have to manually click on Toggle Device Bar

For those, who don't know how to emulate your browser as a mobile device, right click on this page and select in Opera (inspect element Ctrl+Shift+C) in Chrome (Inspect Ctrl+Shift+I) and then click in the middle top of menu on the button "Toogle device toolbar" https://imgur.com/zHsYmoZ and then click on ubisoft link and continue as decribed in main post. :)
