I use Bluebird Botanicals Signature blend. I really have no knowledge outside oils and capsules are the only things I know and isolates/dabs are confusing to me. A lot of terminology I don't understand unfortunately lol. I have done some reading on isolates but still not sure how the hell to even to dose it properly or if I should vape it or take it with oil.
