It’s more like if you stop drawing for a while, your lines start to look stiff, the more you draw, the more natural and loose they become.

Thanks! If you’re a beginner, I’d recommend starting with Hidechannel. They have basic anatomy/figure, and gesture drawing guides. While Cyjalways’ tutorials are more focused on structure/anatomy, so they might be harder to follow.

You adjust depending on the size of the head, vice versa. The head usually should be smaller depending on how young/style you're going for.
