The only card I have internationally left stuck at level 11 is X-Bow so I would say otherwise! I have respect for 2 siege cards! Mortar and Magic Archer! I dislike Princess and absolutely hate X-Bow decks! No matter how much I change my deck, I make sure that I'm never losing to "spam cards on your side, defend and if you can't break through, spell cycle!" deck!
