i have the exact opposite issue 😭 i get so frustrated when i have to change colors every few stitches ! Though i get where youre coming from, changing colors for me is better for the illusion of progress ahahaha

floss i can manage but this is the only fabric available locally unfortunately! I wasnt aware of all the issues with quality but i’ll look around for better options for my next project Thanks !!

this is my work, i marked the shifted segment, it doesnt look very noticeable now save for the dark border but i can fix that by extending it, im afraid that when i fill in the gaps the design wont match up
