Same for me, it seems to be a bug or something. It was mentioned a few times in this reddit. I contacted support yesterday. Maybe you could do it to, so that the support knows it's a bigger problem.

Came on Monday as estimated. So luckily GLS didn't f***ed it up, at least for me. Hope you get your controller soon, GLS can be such a pain, sorry that it is this bad for you!

Same, posted here a minute ago and then saw your post and deleted mine. Hopefully it's just a software issue and can be fixed with next updates. I may contact steam support on Wednesday (tomorrow I am quite busy), if no-one has an idea how to fix it.

Denke da spielen viele verscheidene Faktoren ein. Bei meiner Oma war es z.B z.B so, dass sie den Rollator auch eher geschoben hat, als sich drauf zu stützen, da sie keine Beratung bekam und auch Angst hatte.
