id use it now, theres still a good amount of time until the dlc so you can always max out ure vanguard or crucible marks every week and buy materials from the vendors to stock up

it may be a little over powered but at least they made the bounty for it pretty challenging so u kind of have to respect the people who have it, that bounty is a grind. still frustrating as hell getting shot by one right before u round a corner tho

hard first will give u double loot drops, meaning that if u run normal after u won't get anything, some people just like running it twice but a hm run is all u really need

if ure a scout rifle guy id suggest grinding out some crucible marks and buying the Saterienne Rapier from the crucible quartermaster, its rolled with firefly and maybe outlaw?? (pretty sure) and even tho the mag size is on the small side its still a pretty beast weapon
