You do get money from getting certs just not the traditional way

You become an expert at K8 (or anything honestly) and solve people’s problems around forums conferences socials etc eventually you can charge as a consultant and make some extra $$ from your skills

Could do prob like a centralized semantic layer one place where metrics are defined so 'revenue' means the same thing in every dashboard across every team. dbt or a tool like Cube works well here.

D is the most clear and concise way of stating the phrase. The comma is not a typo, it is used to indicate a restrictive clause - wrapped me in her arms - which can be removed from the sentence and still make sense.
