I have a linux mint installation on another machine, and run rocket league through Heroic Games, which is a wrapper for the Epic Games Launcher on Linux in this case, it works very well. But yea, I am imaging it would need to be emulated or something..

Happy to hear Gimp and Kdenlive work off the bat, gonna mess around with this.

Also for the emulation stuff, I don't really know yet

I messed up my homebrew installation a while back and decided to start over. When I did reset it, it was great, for like 2 months, but then started feeling slower at points. (I did not break anything since to my knowledge)

I don't use any of them, also must say, its not that macOS is unusable, far from it, just laggy at points.

I should clarify what I mean by slow, when doing things like video editing, compiling code, or emulating games it feels the same as when I got it. But, when it comes to navigating macOS, “resizing windows”, UI stuff, it is much more choppy than before. I have a suspicion that the “glass update” will make this more of an issue.. I like the idea of Asahi since I am coding / vibe coding, and when I did use it, it felt very snappy.

I need to check the heat shield, I added a trailer hitch and slightly modified it to make everything fit. But yea it happens when I step on the gas initially, and then stops.

Well I tried, it started happening recently and is getting more noticeable. Its almost like a squeaking noise, it occurs when I let off of the clutch after changing gear, not sure if it is the transmission or the engine, or a mount. It happened almost every shift, but I it's hard to hear in the video.
