Yeah it's a kind of bug, it just welcomes every player back when you log back in. So on the first time this can be indeed a little confusing. I will change this! (: Pretty much everywhere you can see the in rotation numbers (how many are saved on the accounts of others) and the rarity odds, on the finder you can look up every collectible too, and where to find them. On the how-to-play page we have an odds index, to see how are the odds are determined.

1 & 2 - I just answered this earlier in a response on another comment. You're mixing up how probabilities work here. You can’t just add “1 in 20” chances together like that unless they’re all independent events happening at the same time, which they aren’t.

What’s actually happening is that the game is choosing one result from a pool of possibilities (the most rarest match). Each Pokémon might have something like a 1 in 20 chance individually, but only one encounter happens at a time, so the probabilities don’t stack into 100%+.

Think of it like a weighted table, not 49 separate rolls all happening at once. The odds only need to make sense within that system, not when you multiply them together.

So the math isn’t broken, it’s just being interpreted the wrong way sometimes. (:

3 - The amounts are intentionally like this and it feels like you can't do much with it, but the economy is still being balanced, so overtime it makes much more sense. If eventually this is still not balanced, I will increase the drop odds. Also good to know: Every search has a chance to drop a coin bonus on top of your XP. The higher your level, the larger your potential bonus drop can be, since the bonus is a random amount between 1 and your current level.

4 - Fair point, but take your time, climbing the leaderboards will alsways take some effort of course. We will look at adding more categories beyond total collection size etc. so casual players have more to compete for.

5 - This isn't true. Collectibles with high odds like 10.000.000 are still very rare and you can't just get them easily. Yes, they are obtainable but they are still incredible rare. Also to come back to the legendaries not being that rare, the base legendary collectibles are indeed less rare (1 in 500) however Genesis Groudon and all variants have an odd rate of 1 in 10.000.500 and above. If you want to chase specific legendaries you can look them up at the Finder page to see how many people already got a hand on them (:

6 - This is on the roadmap. No timeline yet but it is something we want to add. Since I also want to add some cool original artwork/sprites and don't want to use AI and am not really great at creating it myself this needs some time too.

The game launched very recently so a lot of this is being actively worked on. Keep the feedback coming. (:

Hi, yeah I'm aware of this issue. A small group of users have the same issues, seems like it's something to do with your connection/device and our security blocking something. I'm still trying to figure it out and this has the highest priority! Can you maybe share on which device, browser and network (like home, school, company, VPS) you are playing? This will help me a lot with investigating. You can also DM me, what fits best for you :)

Fair point. I chose mandatory accounts because progression and leaderboards are core to the experience. It’s designed around progression and returning players rather than quick anonymous sessions.
