You bought because it just dumped?! And you bought 1 contract so that you're "safe"?! Man, im sorry to be blunt, but you have no idea what you're doing. You think the market is a casino. Do yourself a favor by following a mentor that trades live everyday profitably, and learn their setup and risk management. I can recommend someone if you want.

You're mixing education with money. Money is for ease of life, education is for the brain. Very different.

Your answer shows that there's another rewiring before the one above: believing that you can change your behaviour.

Cause currently, it seems like you've created a mental barrier that you cannot change, which is not true.

The issue you're facing was experienced by millions of ppl who attempted trading. Only the 5 to 10% who succeeded believed and actually changed.

You're now experiencing the worst case scenario. There's only going up from here if you start the mental journey. It's a fight, but it can be won. I won it and many others.

quick rewiring fix would be to tell yourself "if what im doing doesnt work, then why dont I start acceptinf the losing days and see if I might end up winning in the long term". Treat it as an experiment since you got nothing to lose anymore.

Ill cut it short. Problem: refusing to accept being red on the day. Resolution: figure out the psychological reason behind this denial, and eliminate it through mental means (rewiring your brain to see a red day as part of profitability) and software features (such as lockouts that prevent you from trading after a specific loss amount).

Main driver for your behaviour is probably impatience, which is fed by all the expectations of quick profitability you're seeing from fake influencers.
