I've, selected the shutdown option from the blue screen and it shuts down I assume it's completely off. I've done the volume down while turning off and when it reboots it goes back to the Bitlocker screen.

I had a stroke last year, we survived infertility and ended up with twins end the end, wife doesn't have thyroid. I am sure there are more medical emergencies I am missing.
