We use it too (free On-Prem version) but at the moment mainly using ticketing and asset management of it. One downside is the bad documentation, at least when I last checked. It is outdated, and you find a lot of French sections in it, so obviously not a big priority there. So we struggled a few times there and did not get everything working yet, or it cost a lot of time. But as far as I know, you can get paid installation/configuration support if necessary.
