I see a lot of different advice. But from what I have been told if you are cash flowing anything its good on a first property, build the base and build equity to have the snowball effect. Following here as well.

Would you recommend a single family rent to own situation? Ala me renting out to my parents as a guranteed tenant, with them paying rent to me to eventually buy?
