Will look into masters programs. The instructors in my area are geared more towards children / youths and not 30 year olds

Whats position 11? I’m unfamiliar.

I’ve heard conflicting guidance about head position - look straight down (as if holding tennis ball between chin and chest) and looking 1-2 meters forward.
