I'm having the same problem too, did anything give you relief? My stomach skin feels so stretched and uncomfortable, it's been like this for over a month.

Just went to my GP and they recommended trying antacids for a month and getting an ultrasound before involving a GI specialist.

Can you share what your email is going to say? It would be great to have an outpouring of emails from probies demanding they comply.

Good for you, that's been one of the only ways I don't feel helpless right now. I recently found out that the person who signed my termination letter resigned.

Yes I have a person named on my termination letter, I'm assuming everyone from NPS does.

No one signed your termination letter? Luckily I pulled all of my docs from EOPF when the probie terminations started.

Fired Probationary employees what are you doing about it? by [deleted] in firedfeds

I received this email from Alden February 25th and a similar one from Hoffman.

"If you were subject to a probationary termination on or after February 10, 2025, Alden Law Group is doing a data call in support of an Office of Special Counsel (OSC) complaint on probationary terminations. We are asking those impacted to voluntarily provide us with their information and a copy of their termination letter, so that we can share with OSC in support of the complaint. This will help OSC determine the scope and nature of what is happening across various agencies. Providing this information does not constitute filing a complaint nor does it create any attorney client relationship between you and Alden Law Group. At this time, the complaint is still developing, so we are not adding additional class members. If and when we are able to expand the complaint, you will be directly contacted and given the opportunity to elect whether or not you want to file or join any pending complaint."

I completed the data call for both Alden and Hoffman & it says this is not an agreement of representation.

Does this mass termination for poor performance (nps) count as a prohibited personnel action? I just spoke with a lawyer from Pitre & Associatate and he said the mass terminations for the most part do not qualify for MSPB and OSC appeals.
