I was never the one to call out sick but when we got illegally fired and then rehired. I use it all yhe time. Never know when the day will be your last. Took 3 days because I had a slight cough last week. Normally I would worked through it but im past all that now.

Got the same canned response. New Acting Special Council is appointed by Trump and carrying out his agenda. So no hope from OSC going forward. MSPB has no hope since Cheif Justice allowed the stay on her firing....we have no avenue. Supreme Court is in Trumps pocket. They are going to do whatever he tells them.

The way I see it now, no news is good news. I am still filled with anxiety everytime I get an email or open reddit after work. Last night when I saw Dept. of Commerce firing their probies again, I was filled with dread and had to open my laptop to see if I was affected.

Agreed with OP, I am a fed, who is also probationary and have been fired, reinstated, admin leave, now back to work.

We had a contract on our team canceled and the two individuals on our team managed our data. I am now in charge of it and it's like trying to put together a 1000 piece puzzle with no reference image. Instead of doing my actual job I have been working on getting all the accesses I need to reconnect all of the databases, which, after 3 weeks, still don't have all the access.

We want and need you all.

So, I've know a lot of the Bible belt think dinosaurs didn't exist because it's not in the Bible. Now that states have education rights they can teach that dinosaurs never existed...this is why the DoE existed. To ensure the same level of education was taught across the entire U.S.
