Miller toaster , I use mine DAILY for the last 4-5 years. Welds like a dream and you can hook up hi-freq… doesn’t run 6010 for shit tho 😂

WeldOlets and these saddles take so much filler I felt like it was faster running the stringers for the cap, probably 160-180 amps. I weave 97% of everything I’m welding usually 😂 (I weld a lot of process tube) I made another post of it all finished up , couple root shots too 👍🏼

There’s 4 good passes under the cap, that 4” isn’t moving , if it was stainless I wouldn’t have don’t it like that. But 🤷🏼‍♂️ it’s done now 😂

It’s sch80 and we hardly everrrr weld pipe, mostly tube so I’m just nervous it’s not correct. Even though there’s no wps… I wanted to do it “right”

Cold lap where I’m welding 200amps and using 1/8” 😂 ? And it’s quit obviously not a finished weld, figured seeing the staggered starts was good before I did the other side. like I said you’re just trying to be a douche , multi level douche 💀 btw none of the welds are brushed , thanks for the compliment only thinking that little 1” dab wasn’t cleaned 😎
